Hello all wonderful Scouts, Parents and Leaders,
We are happy to announce that our new meeting place will be Boat People SOS office at 600 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
Our LD Huong Viet will officially move there after a lot of consideration, such as convenient-and-easy accessible location and exciting youth program for children. Even though it's a little bit far from our and other leaders' houses, it's worthy decision after spending six years at Giac lam Temple. As BSA Scout Leaders, we are trying to educate our youngsters with harmonious and open minded without any discrimination of religions, races and genders. Whatever we had done at Giac Lam Temple or other places, such as Phat Bao or Bo De are directly related to the benefits of our Youth generation. New Year, New Home, New Hope, Better Future. With the new partnership and charter organization of BPSOS, there are a lot of new activities already planned and we can't wait to share them with all of you.

Hi all wonderful students, parents and teachers,
Attached is the parent permission slip for the WINTER BREAK SLEEPOVER POTLUCK PARTY. Please read over, fill out and bring it back to your teacher ASAP or by 12/13/2014 for the planing purposes based on the number of participants.
Our youth leader committee have worked on the plan and will come up with the activities soon.
Potluck meal plan for our Winter Break Bonding Party from 5:00PM on Saturday 12/20 to 9:00AM on Sunday 12/21.

The one-day event is for adults and leaders who will participate in Thang Tien 10 Camporee on 5/10 from 1-3PM and a Potluck Dinner after that.
2. 5/24-5/25/14: Memorial Day Weekend.VN & SAT School and Scout programs are closed
Day 1: Bushkill Fall, PA
Day 2: Delaware water Gap, PA
3. 6/1/14: Karate Belt Test at Golden Tiger Shotokan Studio.
VN & SAT School and Scout programs are closed
4. 6/8/2014: End-of-Year Viet Heritage School Celebration: Beltzville or Ridley Creek State Park. All former and current scouts, students and teachers of Viet Heritage School are invited to our end-of-year celebration. Please click on the following link to reserve and share your special dish. The one-day event is for Boy Scouts and Venturers that like to go boating, shoot Rifles and Archery and those that enjoy High Adventure! Adults are encouraged to participate as well!

These one-day events are for Boy Scouts and Venturers that like to shoot Rifles and Archery and those that enjoy High Adventure! Adults are encouraged to participate as well!
10. October 18, 19, 25 and 26 – Fall Fest
These one-day events are for Cub Scouts and siblings that want to experience camp for a day. Scouts will go from station to station in a structured group and participate in activities like BB and Archery Shooting, Nature, Handicraft, fun games and Outdoor Skills.
11. November 8 and 9 – COPE/Shooting Sports Days
These one-day events are for Boy Scouts and Venturers that like to shoot Rifles and Archery and those that enjoy High Adventure! Adults are encouraged to participate as well!
